Do I have to make a reservation?

Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required. Reservations secure the Bunny Magic photo experience for each guest while allowing staff to employ effective social distancing best practices. Walk-up visits are permitted when space is available.

Pre-book your holiday photo experience at whereisbunny.com. This reservation platform makes scheduling your family photo experience easy and convenient. 

How do I make a reservation?

You can find local Bunny and book your photo experience at whereisbunny.com. Most locations operate with two lines – one for reservations to ensure timely visits and one for walk-ups which will be served as time permits.

To make a reservation, visit whereisbunny.com and select:
A. A specific date
B. Your location (search by zip/city or mall name)
C. A 15-minute window of time to visit
D. Your preferred photo package

Reservations are available every 15-minutes. Each 15-minute slot has multiple groups for photos, so please arrive at your scheduled time. If a time slot appears "unavailable" during normal business hours, appointments are full for that window.  When you arrive at the photo set, join the dedicated line or waiting area for pre-booked spots!

All sales are final.

How does the in-person Bunny Magic photo experience work? How long is my visit?

Bunny has a special visit planned with your family that you do not want to miss!

1. Arrive at the selected venue during your 15-minute reservation time.

2. Enter the Walk-Up Line or Pre-Booked Line depending on how you plan to see the Easter Bunny!

3. Create Bunny Magic!

4. After enjoying your visit, hop on over to the Cashier to finalize your photo experience transaction and obtain your printed photos.

5. You will be able to access your photos on our website after 24 hours from your visit. (Package A & B only.)

Pre-book your photo experience online without choosing a specific photo package. With the Reserve Now/Decide Later feature, you can schedule your Bunny Magic photo experience and apply the price to your photo package purchase at the set! Please note, this option is nonrefundable.

Will Bunny host any special events?

Yes! Bunny will host multiple events at participating locations, including Sensory Friendly nights and Pet Nights at participating locations. More details coming soon!

Can you accommodate individuals with disabilities and special needs?

In partnership with local venues, all of our holiday photo experiences are ADA/AODA compliant.  Guests with all abilities are invited to visit Bunny.

  

What are your hours?

Bunny Magic photo experience hours are set in accordance with individual venue operating hours. Please refer to whereisbunny.com for accurate information about your preferred location.

What is your Reschedule, Cancellation, and Refund Policy?

If you need to reschedule your photo experience, please click RESCHEDULE found in your confirmation email within 24 hours of your original reservation. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer service team by clicking here within 24 hours of your original reservation. Rescheduling is available where space permits.

All sales are final.

 

Can I buy an individual photo print without purchasing an entire photo package?

Bunny Magic extras are available with a photo package purchase. Additional 6x8 prints are available for $9.99.

 

Will there be merchandise such as frames and globes available as in past years?

Yes! Merchandise is available online after you session at myholidaymoments.com.

 

What forms of payment will be accepted at the Bunny Set this year?

Bunny Magic retail accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX at all operating locations. Select locations accept Apple Pay.

 

Is my family allowed to visit Bunny even if we’re not taking photos?

Yes, everyone is allowed to visit Bunny! Purchasing the photo package is optional.

 

What if my infant child is unable to sit by themselves without support?

Parents will need to accompany children unable to sit for holiday photography.

 

How do I know where to go during my visit?

Local signage will direct you to your holiday photo experience. At participating locations, floor markers will direct you when you arrive.

 

How large are my Digital Photo files? Are my Photos high resolution?

Your digital images are delivered as high-quality JPGs at myholidaymoments.com. The exact file size is 1500px x 2100px. You can access your digital image files at myholidaymoments.com

 

How do I remove the watermark from my digital images at myholidaymoments.com?

If you see a watermark on your Photo, that is an indication that you have not yet purchased your photos as Digital Downloads.

To remove the watermark and have full access to the Digital Download portal (such as saving, downloading, and sharing your photos), you must first purchase the Digital Photo Downloads.

Once your purchase has been made online, the watermark should be removed automatically, and you will have full access to all digital download features.

 

How do I save my digital images to my phone from myholidaymoments.com?

To save your digital images on your phone, tap the Download button and follow the instructions. Tap and hold your finger on the photo until a dialog box shows to Save it to your phone. An iPhone will save it to the Camera Roll on the phone while an Android device will save it to the Gallery.

 

If I buy digital images online at myholidaymoments.com, will I be able to print that at my local photo retailer?

If you buy digital images online, you will be able to print the photos at any local photo retailer. If you print out the ‘Receipt and Copyright Release’ email that you received immediately following your online purchase and take that with you to the photo retailer along with the device on which you saved your digital downloads.

If you do not receive your ‘Receipt and Copyright Release’ email in your Inbox, Junk, or Spam folder within 24 hours of your Photo Download purchase, please visit cherryhillprograms.com/copyright and complete the form to instantly receive your copyright release and registration. 

IMPORTANT: Digital image downloads are ONLY available if you pre-purchased a photo package at the set. If you took photos with Bunny and did not purchase them, your photos will not be saved for purchase later.

 

How long are my Bunny Magic photos available online? Will my photos be deleted?

Your holiday photos are stored on our Digital Download Portal for the current Holiday season. Be sure to download all your photos from our Digital Download Portal to your local hard drive for future use. All pictures are purged from our systems on May 31, 2022.

To avoid losing your valuable photos, be sure to download your image files as soon as possible. DO NOT store your images on our Digital Download Portal.

 

Where do I enter my photo code or email on the Digital Download Portal?

 If you are unable to see where to enter your photo code or email address when using a desktop computer, then you are likely using an out-of-date version of a browser that is not compatible with our Digital Download Portal (myholidaymoments.com)

The Digital Download Portal functions best with browsers that are less than 3 years old.  We recommend that you update your browser and try again. For Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) users, please update to IE version 10 or higher. IE version 8 or 9 does not support the many wonderful features of the Digital Download Portal

 

I cannot find my Bunny Magic Photo Code. Where can I find my Photo Code?

For the majority of our Bunny Magic locations, you can find your unique Photo Code in several places:   

  1. Your photo code is located on the 3x5 and wallet sheet (number on the corner of photo)
  2. Your photo code is also located on your printed receipt.
  3. Your photo code is in an SMS text message you received after your Bunny Magic photo experience.
     

What if I lost my receipt from my Bunny Magic photo experience?

If you have lost your receipt, you can find your photo code on the 3x5 photo sheet! The code on your printed photo is the same as the code on your receipt. If you were sent an SMS message to download your images, the SMS message will also contain your photo code. Visit our Digital Download Portal to input your code and email address to access your photos. If you cannot find your code, contact our customer service team by clicking here

 

What should I do if I do not receive the ‘Receipt + Copyright Release’ email?

First, check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders to confirm that the email has not been sent there. If you do not receive your ‘Receipt and Copyright Release’ email in your Inbox, Junk, or Spam folder within 24 hours of your Bunny Magic photo experience purchase, please visit cherryhillprograms.com/copyright and complete the form to instantly receive your copyright release and registration.
